Check in times
Our check in times vary depending on the property. Generally between 2pm & 3pm.
As soon as you make a booking all information about your stay will be sent through your booking channel and will confirm your individual checkin time.
We are happy to accommodate early check in if possible and arranged prior to the day of your arrival.
What to bring
All Coast Hosting properties provide linen, towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials. We provide tea and coffee making facilities with some milk to get you started. Check your booking as some provide beach towels and beach essentials as well.
After hours emergencies
In the event of a life threatening emergency or event please call emergency services on 000
If there is an emergency within the property and urgent repair please communicate directly through your booking portal and one of our team will be available to assist you from the hours of 6am til 10pm.

FAQs
Do you offer early check-ins or late check-outs?
We try to accommodate early check-ins and late checkouts where ever possible. This depends heavily on booking schedules and is assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly to check if we are able to assist you with this request.
I’ve lost my key or access code, what should I do?
Most of the properties we manage will have an individual digital lock code to access the home. Please refer to your checkin message for the code. If you are staying in one of our properties where you have a set of keys and have misplaced the keys, contact our team immediately so we can organise access for you.
Can I host a party?
Coast Hosting has a strict no party policy unless arranged prior to an event at an approved venue with the owners direct permission.
Do your properties have wifi?
All of our properties have wifi access. Like many areas, the quality of the network is subject to the individual location.
Do you provide all linen including beach towels?
Coast Hosting provides all linen and bath towels. Beach towels and beach essentials are provided at some of our properties. Please check the individual listing amenities for more details or, if you’re still unsure, reach out to one of our friendly team members.
What bathroom, kitchen and laundry amenities do you supply?
Whilst Coast Hosting properties are not “serviced accommodation”, we do provide all of the essentials to get you started including organic toiletries, tea & coffee, kitchen & laundry cleaning supplies and some kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper & olive oil.
