When Lane Dixon and her husband Dan moved from Sydney to the Central Coast in 2019, they found more than a change of scenery. While settling in, Lane noticed a surprising gap in the holiday property management market—a chance to elevate service standards and bring a fresh approach. That spark of inspiration led to the launch of Coast Hosting.
Lane leant on her experience in the Australian property industry which spans over 20 years and includes digital real estate marketing, real estate sales and property management. It was with this background she was able to bring her knowledge, expertise and vision to the table and change the way people holidayed on the Coast.
Coast Hosting quickly built a reputation for providing a consistent, quality, high-end service and their boutique portfolio of carefully selected homes continues to grow today.
