Highlights
The Space
The Oasis is not a standard beach house. From the moment you arrive at the welcoming front porch and step through the classic French doors, the renovation speaks for itself — soaring ceilings, warm engineered timber flooring, VJ paneling, plantation shutters, and carefully curated finishes that give the home a grace and character that most holiday properties simply don't have.
Five generous bedrooms sleep 12 guests across a beautifully considered layout, with a designer kitchen at the heart of it all, a soundproof media room for the kids, and an expansive entertaining deck that opens directly to the private backyard and fire pit. This is a home that feels extraordinary from the first step inside.
What We Love
The Architecture & Character:
The Oasis was designed for those who believe a holiday should be an experience — and the renovation delivers from the front porch to the back garden. Soaring ceilings draw the eye upward, French doors frame every outdoor view, VJ paneling and plantation shutters add warmth and coastal authenticity, and picture windows flood every room with natural light. This is a home with a story, and guests feel it from the moment they arrive.
The Entertaining Deck & Fire Pit:
Impressive bifold doors open the living and dining areas directly onto the expansive outdoor entertaining deck — the natural centerpiece of every group stays. Beyond the deck, the beautifully landscaped backyard features a private fire pit area for evenings that stay warm long after the sun goes down. There is always an outdoor space that feels right at The Oasis, in every season.
The Kitchen:
A stunning designer kitchen with stone benchtops, premium appliances, a walk-in pantry, and an oversized island bench — designed for cooking for twelve guests without compromise. Whether it's a big family breakfast before the beach or a long group dinner on the deck, this kitchen delivers every time.
The Master Suite:
A true retreat within the retreat — a generous king bedroom with a walk-through robe and a beautifully appointed ensuite featuring double shower, double vanity, and underfloor heating. The kind of master suite that makes the lead guests feel they've chosen exceptionally well.

> Bedroom 1: King bed private ensuite
> Bedroom 2: Queen bed
> Bedroom 3: Queen bed

The Location:
Umina Beach is a relaxed, family-friendly beach on the Central Coast — golden sands, calm swimming waters, and a village atmosphere with cafés, boutique shopping, and easy coastal living. The beach is a short stroll from the front door. Ettalong Beach is moments away with waterfront restaurants, wine bars, weekend markets, and ferry access to Palm Beach — opening up the entire Northern Beaches coastline for extraordinary day trips without driving through Sydney. Brisbane Water and the broader Central Coast are easily accessible for further exploration.
The Oasis earns its name in every season — and finds something particular to celebrate in each one. Summer means long beach days, deck lunches, and evenings around the fire pit as the coastal night settles around the garden. The school holidays fill fast — twelve people, five bedrooms, a designer kitchen, and the beach at the end of the street is exactly the formula. Autumn brings the backyard to its most beautiful and the fire pit into nightly use.
Winter at Umina is mild and quietly excellent — the fire pit on a clear winter evening, the media room for long cozy afternoons, the master ensuite with underfloor heating, and the ferry to Palm Beach on a winter weekend day that reminds you how beautiful the coast is when you have it to yourselves. Spring brings warmth back and the beach to life. Whatever season brings your family here — The Oasis is where the Central Coast's most memorable stays begin.
