Seascape

Seascape is a dual-level luxury beach house designed for large families and groups who refuse to compromise on space, quality, or location. The upper level captures sweeping, uninterrupted Pacific views through floor-to-ceiling glazing, with an open-plan living and dining zone, a designer chef's kitchen with butler's pantry, and a master suite with ocean-view balcony.

The lower level provides three additional bedrooms and a separate lounge — ideal for multigenerational groups who want to be together and have space to spread apart. It sleeps 14 guests across seven bedrooms, with an enclosed rear yard for children, and the beach metres from the front door. Five minutes from Terrigal's Esplanade dining and the best restaurants on the Central Coast.

The Enclosed Yard:
A fully enclosed, low-maintenance rear garden gives children safe outdoor space away from the main living areas — a specific and valued feature for families with young kids who want to play freely while the grown-ups relax above with the ocean views.

The Dual-Level Layout:

The Location:
Seascape sits on Forresters Beach — a quiet, relaxed stretch of coast tucked between headlands, just 5 minutes from Terrigal's award-winning Esplanade dining, boutique shopping, and the famous rock pool. The beach is metres from the front door. The Spoon Bay coastal track begins nearby for snorkelling and sheltered swims. The Forresters Beach Surf Club is a short stroll for casual lunches and sunset drinks with ocean views.

The Seasons:
Seascape is built for every season — but the school holidays are when it truly comes alive. Fourteen people, a beach at the door, and a chef's kitchen that handles every meal without complaint. The July school holidays fill fast and for good reason. Summer means long beach days, the yard alive with children, and the upper deck for golden-hour drinks as the Pacific shimmers below. Autumn and spring bring the coastal walk to Spoon Bay into its quietest and most beautiful season.

Winter at Forresters is the coast at its most unhurried — the beach belongs to the early risers, the Esplanade restaurants are warm and uncrowded, and the ocean views from the upper level are at their most dramatic. Whatever season brings your family here — Seascape is ready for all of you.
